Autogenic training (AT) is a very effective, recognized, European self-relaxation technique, that leads to rapid relaxation in stressful situations.

Furthermore, it is used in nervousness, sleep disorders and psychosomatic diseases such as headaches, digestive disorders, hypertension etc.

In this 8 week course the week, you will gradually learn to practice the easy but powerful German self-relaxations AT.

You learn to put yourself, with short simple formulas, in a kind of "semi-hypnosis state" but, keep "in control" over your actions and suggestions.

This allows your body and mind to switch of the stress and promotes rest, deep relaxation, and recovery instead.

If you practicing AT for a few minutes several times a day, you gradually learn this self support technique and will enjoy its benefit for life wherever and when you want or need it.
