The Process of Life Coaching 

The coaching process takes on specific professional projects, personal goals and transitions by analyzing the current situation, identifying existing and potential challenges and obstacles and devising a plan of action designed to achieve specific outcomes.

The basis for successful coaching is trust. In a first free trial talk, you can get to know the coach and his way of working.

You describe your request, the coach introduces you to his approach and methods. After the preliminary talk, you can decide in peace whether you would like to work together. The conversation lasts about 45 minutes.

The life coach/client relationship is an effective and productive partnership which aims to:

  • Identify, clarify and create a vision for what you want

  • Use the coach’s specialized knowledge to refine goals 

  • Encourage your self-discovery

  • Assistance in identifying and overcoming obstacles.

  • Promote and induce strategies and a plan of action based on what fits best with your goals, personality and vision
